MAYOR HONORS LOCAL CITIZEN FOR WORLD WAR II DOMESTIC SUPPORT

                Mayor Sue Low presents a McHenry proclamation to member Don Weingart, a long-time McHenry Rotarian, for his support of the United States Military during World War II.  These awards were presented at the veterans appreciation ceremonies at the Pearl Street Park the preceding Sunday which Don was unable to attend.  The photo shows Don and Mayor Sue with the proclamation at the Thursday, August 14th, noon meeting of the club.  Ron Bykowski also noted the World War II service of member Bob Blake.
