McHENRY ROTARY LEARNS ABOUT A SPECIAL HOME HEALTH CARE PROGRAM

   The Rotary Club of McHenry welcomed Sherry and Hugh McGowan, Directors of “Visiting Angels,” a local program for living assistance among the elderly and infirm.  The couple spoke alternately on the training of their volunteers and the value of home bound health and wellness care.  Among their services  are meal preparation, errands and shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.  Their offices are located at 12 E. Crystal Lake Avenue in Crystal Lake.  They made their presentation at the regular Thursday meeting of McHenry Rotary, May 15^th, in the river side dining hall of the McHenry Country Club.
