Pictured here is Robin McInnes, one of several women who create mittens out of old sweaters, smiles at their display, Thursday, November 29th, at the McHenry Rotary Club.  The women create these colorful gloves to raise funds to provide clean water for small rural communities around the world.   Most recently, Paws for Pure Water, sold enough to build a $7,500 well  in Malawi.   More information on PAWS can be found at: pawsforpurewater.org.  Water and irrigation are major thrusts of the world service of Rotary International.
