Cheryl and the chefs outdid themselves for our lunch meal this Thursday, February 20th. She said, 'I'm using you as guinea pigs to test my menu for a regional PLAV supper meeting to be held here." I took this photo of Tony Huemann's plate which only includes a few of the selections offered.
Here is the menu for today's feast.
MIZERIA (Polish cucumber salad)
KASZANKA (Polish sausage)
TUCZONE ZIEMNIAKI (Mashed potatoes)
GLOMUKI (Beef rolled in steamed cabbage leaves)
Beet and horseradish dressing
Polish Rice Cake with Whipped Cream
The moral of this story is "DON'T MISS A MEETING!"
