President Pelz called the meeting to order and delegated opening duties to Byckowski who lead the Pledge, Kopczynski lead us in the 4-way test for the last time as she is moving to Naperville, Weingart started us out in Song and Lori said a Prayer. 

Visitors  Mary Tonyan, joining Mr. Don for his 90th Birthday lunch were son Terry with Wife Jeanie and daughter Cookie.  Our 2006 exchange student Terjea from Germany joined us for lunch.

Mystery Hand shaker-  Lorraine Kopczynski

Happy Dollars  Lori put in $5, 2 for Bills great trip and fathers day, and the rest because she ran out the door to pick up Bill at Mitchell Airport and missed the handshake along with fun and frolics, Lorraine had $8,  one for each year of her membership to the Club, Newman for his daughters 1st year of teaching and making a difference in Colorado at an alternative school, Karen for Diana quitting smoking and Diana for the support she has received for the 4 weeks, 4 days, two hours and 4 minutes of quitting smoking.

Fun & Frolics   Thoma armed himself with U.S. Open trivia as he found out the members knowledge of golf was better than expected.  Eventually Brian’s questions became harder as he went back in history helping him collected fines from all.

Program  Club Assemble - BBQ:  We previewed our Blues, Brews and BBQ’s and  5-K Youth Run Web-sites.   Jim Vyduna ran the computer as Kathy Pelz explained each page and the links.  Cedarrock designed the very impressive sites that have a running clock and rotating sponsor adds.  Kathy also noted that food judges will include our sponsors,  Bill Boards are going up soon,  Terry Fitzgibbon showed off a great looking,  5-k T-shirt,  designed and printed by McHenry High School Students.  Members will be expected to sell $100 in tickets which will presell 3 for $20 or $10 each.
