CALANDER UPDATE

Back to McHenry Country Club next meeting - March 6th

St. Pats Parade March 16th, 1 pm, we need a group to carry the BB&B banner.

August 1st, 2nd and 3rd BLUES, BREWS AND BBQ’S. Keep the date open!

Announcements

Tom, Kathy and Brian met with the manager at McHenry Country club.  It looks likely that we will be getting a choice from now on at lunchtime between a salad (like a chicken ceasar), a sandwich (like a turkey club/fries), and a hot entree (like meatloaf/mashed potatoes).  This change means that you must place an order for your selection as soon as you arrive, and we'll be eating more toward the middle of the meeting.  The goal is to have our full order placed as close to noon as possible, so if you are late to the meeting and have not advised anyone of your menu selection - you will be served the "default" choice (likely the sandwich).

BB&B  Report.   Kathy P. and Joe Z. met with STAR 103.9.  They are again interested in being a top level sponsor.

Project Committee  The newly formed committee has recommended donations for Build a Dream,  Diaper Bank, NISRA, Wonder Lake  Food Pantry, A to Z Literacy, and Family Health Partnership.   There will be a Club vote and discussion's in the near future.

St. Pat’s Parade  Phil Sweeney is looking for members to walk and carry our banner.  He has secured the Chain–O-Lakes Brewery as a sponsor, and suggests we stop there after the parade!

Make-ups  none reported.
