Program: Club Assembly.  P.E. Webb updated us on the Board meeting last Monday.   Additional fund raisers for the club being considered, include a steak fry, pig roast or fish boil. Tom encouraged all to pay outstanding dues invoices,  financially we are just ok, due to the B.B&BBQ break even last year.  Terry Hargrove started a discussion on Scholarships, he will provide additional information in the future, and we are looking to change the format to 3 at large rather than the East, West and Johnsburg  areas each receiving one.  Vocational Scholarships were discussed including allowing adults to participate and partnering with the Township on job training assistance.

B. B. & BBQ. Sponsors.   Joe Zubrzycki introduced the club strategy for BBQ sponsorship drive.  The Membership is divided into 6 teams, they met over lunch and will work toward the $30,000 goal. Team Names are being decided and Joe would like to start receiving potential corporate names in the next week, via your captain.

50/50  only $5 went in so a draw will carry to next week.

Share with potential Sponsors the amazing things our club accomplishes with our proceeds, and get names to Joe ASAP!
