Rotarians to Help Stamp Out Hunger!

High winds and extreme heat did not keep area residents from lining up for a food distribution sponsored by McHenry Township and staffed by the Rotary Club of McHenry members and families.  The mobile food truck from the Northern Illinois Food Bank brought meat, breads, fresh produce, snack bars and condiments. 10,000 lbs of food was distributed to 125 households (279 adults and 127 children)
